Maintain direct communication with real estate agents and landlords, providing support and ensuring alignment with company objectives
Ensure property advertisements are effectively placed and updated across various platforms, collaborating with agents to gather necessary information and photographs
Identify and implement improvements in office procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in office management, preferably within the real estate industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with real estate management software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and external partners
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
