VP of Sales North America
Strive is a GTM Talent Partner seeking a VP of Sales for North America to drive new ARR and scale a high-performing sales organization. The role involves managing forecasting, pipeline, hiring, and leading complex deals while aligning with various teams.
Responsibilities
New ARR across North America (quarterly + annual targets)
Forecasting + pipeline management (clean CRM, real governance)
Hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance standards
Deal leadership on strategic opportunities (exec-level selling)
Tight alignment with Marketing/RevOps/CS on ICP, conversion, expansion
Qualification
Required
10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 5+ years leading teams
Proven scaling experience (ideally $5โ10M โ $20โ50M ARR or similar)
Strong recruiter + coach (you raise the bar)
Enterprise / mid-market deal experience with multi-stakeholder cycles
Operator mindset: process, cadence, metrics, accountability
