Program Manager
IMPACT is a company focused on community support and engagement, and they are seeking a Program Manager. This role is responsible for guiding members through their program journey, ensuring they feel supported and clear on their next steps while managing day-to-day community operations.

Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day delivery and experience of the program and community
Act as a primary support layer between members and the broader Fulfillment / Success ecosystem
Ensure members always know:
Where they are
What to focus on next
How to move forward with confidence
Actively engage in the community by:
Answering member questions
Providing guidance and directional clarity
Sharing updates and reminders
Schedule and coordinate program events and calls
Help keep the community and program running smoothly on a daily basis
Ensure a high-touch, responsive presence so members feel seen and supported
Lead orientation-style coaching calls for members who are:
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unclear
Unsure where to start or what to prioritize next
Help members:
Regain momentum
Clarify next steps
Build confidence in their direction
Escalate or route members to the appropriate Success or Fulfillment support when needed
Run structured feedback reviews to support members at key stages of their journey, including:
Mission & Audience Reviews Clarify positioning, direction, and audience alignment
Concept Reviews (Early Offer Ideas) Review and refine early concepts for clarity and viability
Offer Reviews (Final Offer / Landing Page) Provide feedback on structure, messaging, and readiness to launch
Act as a stabilizing presence for members at risk of disengagement
Help prevent overwhelm-driven drop-off through clarity and guidance
Maintain strong, trust-based relationships within the community
Flag high-risk or high-need members to Customer Success when deeper intervention is required
Within your first 2–3 months, you are fully owning the program experience and community flow:
Members consistently feel supported, guided, and clear on next steps
Community engagement remains high and questions are answered promptly
Orientation and feedback calls are delivered with structure and confidence
Fewer members feel “lost” or overwhelmed inside the program
Strong collaboration and handoff between Program, Success, and Fulfillment
Program operations run smoothly with minimal friction or escalations
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of digital offers, audiences, and positioning
Clear, confident, calm, and kind in both calls and written responses
Fast to reply, dependable, and easy to reach
Highly organized & detail-oriented
Willing to step in where needed, even outside the usual scope
Actively looks for ways to improve the member experience and program flow
Willing to cover during holidays or step into extra shifts (with compensation)
