Responsibilities
Use data and analysis to drive business performance
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for assigned regions
Monthly business reviews, month-end close support, variance analysis
Real estate analysis and management of other fixed costs

Qualification
Required
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Budgeting and forecasting
P&L management and assessment of variances
Developing and leveraging reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Investment analysis
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Excel and all MS Office programs
Preferred
Experience with QlikView/Qlik Sense desirable
Relevant internship experience or impressive academic achievements
