Direct Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door sales and local events to acquire residential customers
Educate prospects on fiber benefits and competitive advantages
Meet/exceed monthly sales quotas through proactive outreach
Cultivate partnerships with community leaders and local businesses
Track sales metrics (leads, conversions) and report progress
Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and promotions
Prepare communities for network expansion through direct engagement
Uphold Cityside Fiber’s values of trust, integrity, and innovation
Qualification
Required
2+ years in door-to-door/direct sales (ISP experience a plus)
Proven ability to close deals and meet quotas in field environments
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with strong time management/organization
Willingness for 90% local travel within assigned territory
Valid driver's license, clean record, and reliable insured vehicle
Preferred
Bachelor's in Marketing/Business (preferred but not required)
