Inside Sales Executive – IT Services
eSolutionsFirst is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join their IT sales team. The role involves researching and identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and driving lead generation through effective communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
Conduct market research and R&D to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Generate and qualify leads through outreach, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn campaigns, and other digital channels
Run targeted sales campaigns to engage prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM/ATS tools (e.g., JobDiva, Salesforce, HubSpot)
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies, content, and campaigns
Stay updated on IT services, cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Data Engineering, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate value propositions
Nurture long-term relationships with prospects and support sales closure in collaboration with the business development team
Prepare and present reports on lead generation, campaign performance, and sales metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
2–5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT services or staffing)
Strong knowledge of IT concepts (Cloud, Data, Digital Transformation, AI/ML, Application Development, etc.)
Experience with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and campaign management tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
