Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and employees in a professional manner
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering the premises
Assist with visitor management procedures, including logging visitors and issuing badges as required
Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the client site
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner
Communicate clearly with employees, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters
Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting with directions or information as needed
Support emergency response activities according to site protocols when appropriate
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Preferred

CPR certification is preferred
Alarm panel experience is preferred
