They are seeking a Banquet Administrative Assistant to support the banquets team with administrative tasks, cost controls, scheduling, payroll, and design of promotional materials.

Responsibilities

To assist the banquets team in maintaining administrative matters, promotions, cost controls, scheduling, payroll, human resource matters, and budget controls

Design and layout all menus and promotional materials for all Food and Beverage Department

Design all promotional material

Design all posters, flyers, tent cards, food signs, signage for the hotel, and coupons

Responsible for all collateral Food and Beverage day-to-day running and administration matters

Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage Director

Process weekly payroll and provide support to all Food and Beverage departments through the Kronos system

Maintain up-to-date BEO menu books

Coordinate Food and Beverage meetings and produce minutes

Produce and consolidate weekly management schedules for all F&B departments

Maintain stationary supplies & proper filing systems

Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently and effectively
