Responsibilities
Overseeing all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and project installation/service
Leading and mentoring a team of commercial finance professionals
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
Analyzing financial data to provide insights that drive business growth and profitability
Developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Preparing financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in developing financial strategies
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Preferred
Master's degree in Finance or MBA
Experience in the aerospace or defense industry
Familiarity with project finance and working capital management
Experience with financial software and tools
