Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the Maintenance and Security Departments

Monitor, track, and maintain weekly and monthly inspection schedules and life safety reports to ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation standards

Coordinate vendor services, source materials, prepare, and process purchasing documentation, providing clerical and administrative support, and performing additional duties as assigned

Required

Two years of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background check
