Support the design and implementation of innovative talent development strategies that help associates grow in their careers
Collaborate with team members to help design dynamic learning experiences that foster continuous growth
Contribute to initiatives that inspire leadership development and empower individuals to achieve their professional goals
Ignite the potential of individuals at all levels to achieve their professional aspirations through dynamic training and development programs
Gain valuable experience from senior leaders in implementing and optimizing training initiatives
Join in the collaboration between People Services and leadership and learn how to better support and enhance performance management and employee development processes
Foster a culture of growth and provide enriching development opportunities, driving both individual and organizational success
Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Eager to learn and get hands-on experience with tools such as ASANA, Canva, or other workplace technologies
Exposure to creating or assisting with learning and leadership development programs, either through coursework, internships, or student organizations
Experience with graphic design, instructional design, or related fields, demonstrating an understanding of visual communication and content creation
A strong interest in HR functions, employee training, or talent development
The ability to manage multiple projects at once in an organized manner
Employment with Kairoi is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening
Possession of a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
