Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of marketing events that contribute to revenue growth and pipeline development
Coordinate event logistics, including vendor communication and end-to-end event lifecycle support
Utilize event management tools and platforms for registration, email communications, and attendee tracking
Partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event coordination and timely lead follow-up
Ensure brand consistency by applying brand guidelines across all event touchpoints
Track and support post-event processes to ensure leads are properly followed up and attributed

Required

3+ years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or a related marketing role
Experience supporting event logistics, vendor communication, and event execution

Ability to work effectively with Sales and other teams to support event success and lead follow-up
Understanding of brand guidelines and consistent messaging across event materials
