Light snow removal, sweeping of entry ways
Change of light bulbs

Qualification
Required
Ability to communicate with people and be self-sufficient
Must be dependable and punctual with a clear background check
Must have a reliable vehicle and set of tools
Preferred
Experience with basic maintenance concepts 1-2 years
Some experience with grounds keeping or landscaping
