Responsibilities
Support the CRM Manager with analysis, reporting, and data management related to Salesforce and other CRM initiatives
Manage standardized North American sales reporting, business performance tracking, and customer data setup and maintenance
Cleanse, organize, and optimize Salesforce data to improve accessibility and usability for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal and executive use
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT) to improve CRM processes and data accuracy
Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide actionable insights for regional and global CRM projects
Identify and recommend system or process improvements that enhance CRM effectiveness and user experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, analytics, or finance
Salesforce experience is strongly preferred (Foodservice industry experience is an asset)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or similar data and presentation tools)
Comfortable presenting data and insights to large groups, both virtually and in person
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Demonstrated ownership of tasks and commitment to continuous improvement
