Customer Service Rep - Export
Performance Food Group is a leading company in the food distribution system, and they are seeking a Customer Service Rep - Export to provide support to customers and Export Sales representatives. The role involves processing orders, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring efficient multitasking and administrative assistance.
Responsibilities
Ensure that customers are provided with prompt and accurate service
Enhance customers relationship with the company and making sure their needs are met
Support Export sales reps and their initiatives
Input customer orders accurately and timely
Answer questions and resolve problems for customers and Export sales team
Provide administrative/clerical support directly to our customers and our Export Sales team
Must be extremely detail oriented and highly organized
Multitask in a timely manner
Attention to Accuracy
Ability to work as a Team member working environment
Knowledge of Microsoft office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook
Other duties as assigned
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
6 Months - 1 Year customer service experience or related area
Positive attitude with professional demeanor, enjoy working with people and ability to problem solve
Must be proficient in Microsoft systems including Office, Excel and Outlook
Preferred
1 - 3 Years customer service, or related area within foodservice industry
