Responsibilities

Engage with clients via outbound calls and emails to identify additional service needs and successfully re-contract

Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and outbound communication goals

Conduct thorough research into client situations to align them with ideal financial solutions, clearly communicating value, expectations, and fees

Skillfully handle escalated client inquiries and service agreement issues, ensuring a seamless client experience

Leverage your acute listening skills and empathy to build rapport, understand client challenges, and guide them towards the best solutions

Work closely with a supportive sales team to achieve ambitious collective goals

Manage an active pipeline and task list daily to maximize outreach efficiency
