Responsibilities
Successfully recruit, lead and develop a sales team of individual contributors across working with some of the most well-known brands in retail, grocery, and convenience categories
Deliver on ambitious goals in a high speed environment, building off of the initial infrastructure from existing sales teams
Lead the team on key client pitches across strategy/planning through to execution
Develop senior stakeholder relationships with key client decision makers through both trust and challenger selling to unlock mutual value
Collaborate cross functionally with the New Verticals Business Development team to develop ads & promotions strategies that align with core merchant growth on the DoorDash marketplace
Qualification
Required
You have a minimum of 2+ years managing a sales team effectively and leading team performance management to meet and exceed goals
You are a consultative seller with significant experience in digital media or adjacent performance oriented industries
You have established and scaled sales teams through hyper growth phases, and are a builder at heart
You have a proven track record of partnering successfully with cross-functional teams
