Responsibilities
Spraying Line-X Bedliners: Utilize spray equipment and techniques to apply Line-X protective coatings to truck beds, vehicle exteriors, and industrial equipment, ensuring thorough and even coverage
Maintaining Spray Booth and Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the spray booth and Line-X spray equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
Preparing Vehicles for Spraying: Prepare vehicles for Line-X application by cleaning and masking off areas not intended for spraying, ensuring a clean and controlled work environment
Re-assembling Parts: Disassemble and re-assemble vehicle parts as necessary for the Line-X spray procedure, paying close attention to detail to ensure proper fit and finish
Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of completed Line-X applications to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations, making any necessary touch-ups or corrections as needed
Adhering to Safety Protocols: Follow established safety protocols and guidelines while handling Line-X spray materials and operating spray equipment to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team
Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns, explaining Line-X products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the finished product
Qualification
Required
Experience in spray application techniques
Detail-oriented
Ability to utilize spray equipment and techniques to apply Line-X protective coatings
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the spray booth and Line-X spray equipment
Prepare vehicles for Line-X application by cleaning and masking off areas not intended for spraying
Disassemble and re-assemble vehicle parts as necessary for the Line-X spray procedure
Conduct thorough inspections of completed Line-X applications to ensure they meet quality standards
Follow established safety protocols and guidelines while handling Line-X spray materials
