Technical Account Executive
Altor Partners is a global company focused on web accessibility, seeking a Technical Account Executive to sell directly to engineering teams. The role involves managing the full sales cycle and engaging with technical stakeholders to promote an AI-powered platform that enhances workflows and integrations.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical discovery, demos, proposals, and close (you will have BDR support)
Sell into developers, engineering leaders, and technical stakeholders
Run credible, technical conversations around accessibility workflows, automation, and adoption
Demonstrate how the platform integrates with dev tools
Multi-thread deals across complex organisations and multiple personas
Grow existing accounts while continuing to land new logos
Work closely with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap direction
Maintain a hybrid presence - office time plus in-person customer engagement
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years selling a software solution to technical personas
Confidence engaging engineers and technical decision-makers
Experience running complex, consultative sales cycles
Ability to demo technical products and clearly articulate value
Strong discovery skills - you ask smart questions and listen properly
Self-starter mentality in a fast-moving, mission-led environment
