Responsibilities
Design and manage Web3 capital portfolios across protocol tokens, ecosystem investments, and on-chain strategies
Allocate capital based on protocol fundamentals, token economics, governance dynamics, and market conditions
Manage exposure, concentration limits, liquidity risk, and drawdowns across volatile Web3 markets
Evaluate investment opportunities related to Layer 1s, Layer 2s, infrastructure protocols, and emerging Web3 platforms
Monitor governance developments and on-chain activity that may impact portfolio risk and returns
Produce performance attribution, risk reporting, and investment commentary for senior stakeholders
Operate within governance and ethical standards aligned with CITA’s industry code of conduct
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing Web3 or crypto-native investment portfolios with direct capital responsibility
Strong understanding of token economics, protocol governance, and Web3 market structure
Demonstrated ability to manage downside risk and liquidity in decentralized markets
Experience evaluating early and mid-stage Web3 protocols from an investment perspective
Strong analytical capability and familiarity with portfolio and risk management tools
High integrity, accountability, and disciplined execution aligned with professional standards
Ability to communicate investment rationale, risk, and performance clearly to stakeholders
This is a remote role; however, candidates must be U.S. citizens and authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available

Experience working within standards-driven, association-led, or governance-focused environments is a strong advantage
