Represent top brands through in-person, retail-based direct marketing events, engaging customers and promoting products and services
Build real sales experience by identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales on the spot
Set and pursue personal sales goals, aiming to exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Create positive customer experiences through professional, friendly, and authentic interactions
Contribute to a high-energy on-site environment focused on collaboration, results, and growth
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and leadership potential
Self-motivated and thrives in challenging environments
