Responsibilities

Execute functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing on Unity-based applications
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using established bug-tracking tools
Test interactive multimedia elements including UI, animations, audio, video, and user input systems
Validate application behavior across target platforms (PC, mobile, web, XR, as applicable)
Collaborate with Unity developers, designers, and product stakeholders to reproduce and resolve issues
Review requirements and design documentation to ensure test coverage and traceability
Verify fixes and perform regression testing prior to releases
Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve usability, performance, and overall user experience
Support test plan development and contribute to QA best practices and documentation
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

1–3+ years of experience testing Unity games or interactive applications
Familiarity with Unity workflows, builds, and common engine behaviors
Strong understanding of interactive multimedia elements (UI, animation, audio, video)
Experience writing clear bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected results, and evidence
High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) Security Clearance

Preferred

Experience testing training, simulation, or serious games
Familiarity with automated testing tools or scripting (C#, Python, or test frameworks)
Knowledge of usability testing and accessibility considerations
Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
Exposure to government, defense, or enterprise software projects
