Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with local businesses in your assigned territory

Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, and client meetings to understand workforce needs

Partner with internal recruiting teams to deliver customized staffing and hiring solutions

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and community involvement

Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing the deal

Track sales activity, maintain CRM updates, and achieve monthly goals
