The role involves providing comprehensive legal services to high-net worth individuals, families, and businesses, including drafting and reviewing estate-related documents and assisting clients with estate administration.

Responsibilities
Interact with a wide variety of clients in person, on the phone, via email and video conference
Draft, edit and review probate and administration related documents
Assist clients with retitling assets
Assemble and organize financial records for estate tax returns and audits
Prepare, edit, and review estate tax returns
Prepare fiduciary income tax returns and settlement papers for both formal and informal settlement of estates and trusts
Qualification
Required
At least one year of experience in estate administration work
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook)
High level of initiative
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Superior organizational skills
Strong proofreading and analytical skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience with New York Probate administration and filing
Trust accounting
Notary public credential
