Responsibilities

Provide world-class service to clients visiting our Newport Beach showroom, ensuring a personalized and engaging sales experience
Educate clients on luxury watch brands, with a focus on Rolex, OMEGA, Tudor, Cartier, and more
Drive sales by building lasting relationships and effectively communicating product value, provenance, and investment potential
Assist customers in buying, selling, or trading pre-owned watches using our transparent pricing and authentication process
Maintain expert-level knowledge of our current inventory, market trends, and competitive pricing
Follow up with clients via phone, email, and text to nurture leads and build repeat business
Support day-to-day showroom operations, including product display, inventory management, and in-person consultations

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in luxury sales, preferably with watches, jewelry, or high-end fashion
Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experience and close high-value sales
Passion for luxury watches and knowledge of leading brands, particularly Rolex and other Swiss watchmakers
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and POS systems
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to contribute to a high-performance retail environment

Preferred

Previous experience in Rolex, OMEGA, or Cartier sales
Familiarity with the luxury pre-owned market and online-to-offline (O2O) retail strategies
