Start in 2026 SummerSteel Technologies is offering an HR internship that will involve tasks related to recruiting, benefits, learning and development, and general HR administration. Interns will gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry while assisting with various HR duties.

Assist with interviews
Applicant Tracking System maintenance
Processing and filing paperwork
Compliance auditing
Assist with learning and development initiatives
HR general administrative support and other HR duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in a related Bachelor's program
Available to work at least 10 hours per week
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent time management and data-entry skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently
