Plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in an elementary or secondary learning environment

Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Art/Science required (preferably in Education)
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a classroom setting or comparable experience
Candidates must hold a current State of Florida Teaching Certificate
Ability to deliver clear, effective instruction in Math, Algebra, and English
Passion for education, focusing on the success and achievements of students, parents and fellow educators
Basic knowledge and understanding of federal programs, policies and procedures
Exemplary skills monitoring, tracking and evaluating data to assess program effectiveness
Technically savvy
Demonstrated ability to set priorities and achieve results
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred
Master's Degree
Experience working with English Language Learners
