Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
Must wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
Individuals who are professional, mature, and understand the importance of workplace guidelines
Those with a strong service mindset and excellent communication abilities
Responsibility and dedication not just to the role but to team collaboration
The ability to engage and offer a memorable experience for our live players
Quick learners who adapt seamlessly to new concepts
Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
Repeated use of both hands and arms
Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
Preferred
At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality
