As a Marketing Intern, you will support the execution and coordination of marketing efforts for live commercial real estate listings on the RI Marketplace platform, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across marketing touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Support asset-level marketing execution for live commercial real estate listings on the RI Marketplace platform

Assist with preparation of new property launches, including photo ordering and asset organization

Coordinate marketing efforts across listings, full-funnel email campaigns, and digital advertising

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution across all marketing touchpoints

Support platform-driven marketing workflows, automation, and documentation

Organize marketing assets, schedules, and internal workflows

Monitor campaign performance and flag issues or optimization opportunities

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, deal teams, brokers, and sellers

Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and quality control

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Preferred

Preference for 3rd- or 4th-year undergraduate students

Prior coursework or exposure to marketing, digital media, or business concepts is a plus, but not required
