Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules

Translate Total Rewards strategy into Oracle Cloud configurations, including plan design, eligibility rules, rates, enrollments, and compensation structures

Configure and maintain benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement) and compensation plans (base pay, incentives, merit, bonuses)

Partner with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate deductions, costing, and compensation processing

Manage integrations with benefits vendors and third-party administrators, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange

Ensure compliance with healthcare and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, ACA, and ERISA

Support annual events such as Open Enrollment, merit cycles, and compensation planning

Lead testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT), data validation, and issue resolution

Provide production support, enhancements, and process improvements post go-live

Develop training, documentation, and best-practice guidance for HR and business users

Collaborate with system integrators, vendors, and internal stakeholders
