Responsibilities
Ensure that groups are delivered professionally and effectively to meet desired learning objectives
Carry out RCA Care Model with fidelity Group attendance
Escalate concerns to treatment team to promote patient safety and engagement
Receive 1 hour of supervision, and training as needed, in alignment with A&D Trainee status
Engage with the recovery community in a culturally competent way, in and outside of the group setting
Complete group notes and all other documentation as assigned
Attend trainings and acquire skills needed to support evidence based models
Complete cross training for RSS role and support RSS needs as they arise or as directed
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates degree, or minimum State Requirements for education
Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in a residential setting
Maryland CAC-AD and CAC approved Supervisors License or Maryland A&D Trainee Status
Experience working in group facilitation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
