Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve volume, margin, and customer satisfaction goals
Manage the full sales process from customer engagement to deal close
Set daily and monthly sales objectives and track performance consistently
Work closely with inventory, marketing, and operations to ensure the right mix of products on the floor
Maintain strong product knowledge across ATVs and Utility Vehicles, and related outdoor vehicles
Ensure a professional, energetic showroom experience that reflects the Berglund brand
Train the team on effective selling techniques, follow-up, and relationship-building
Qualification
Required

Accurate reporting and forecasting of sales performance
Previous sales management or senior sales experience
Proven ability to lead by example and close deals
Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
Results-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
Valid driver's license and flexibility to work weekends as needed
Preferred
Background in ATVs, powersports, campers, RVs, boats, or similar recreational products
