Supply Chain Intern
Green Bay Packaging, Inc. is a family owned, vertically integrated company seeking a Purchasing & Materials Management Intern to assist with mill procurement and storeroom operations. The intern will manage purchase orders, maintain inventory levels, resolve disputes, and build vendor relationships while participating in various meetings.

Responsibilities
Manage purchase order acknowledgements
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and develop ordering strategies through placement of product orders
Resolve internal customer and supplier disputes
Reconcile receiving and invoice discrepancies
Build strong vendor relationships through effective communication
Assist with physical inventory
Participate in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations and Purchasing meetings
Participate/lead meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders
Assist with other purchasing initiatives as required
Qualification
Required
Student working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Proficient in MS Office Suite of products, especially Excel and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working independently and efficiently
Demonstrated ability to prioritize
Ability to work part-time during the school semester and full time during the summer months
