Washington State Real Estate License NOT required; must be willing and able to obtain license and pass the exam within 60 days (company paid)

Ability to show homes confidently and represent the Windermere brand with professionalism

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow within real estate
