Vice President – ETF Operations

Chase is seeking a Vice President in ETF Operations to enhance their fund servicing team. This role involves overseeing fund servicing operations, managing a diverse team, and driving innovative solutions while ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance of accurate accounting and securities records for each fund administered, ensuring all controls are adhered to for basket operations
Lead the resolution of complex ETF issues where accounting or securities transactions breach the validation tolerances of our systems, leveraging your advanced knowledge in fund servicing
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, scale, and resilience of our ETF operating platform, applying your advanced proficiency in process automation
Establish and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients, using advanced emotional intelligence and proficient stakeholder management skills to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
Implement strategic plans and administer projects, programs, or systems to achieve short- to midterm objectives, leveraging proficiency in process automation and continuous improvement techniques
Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth, and leveraging your advanced listening and questioning skills to guide their professional development
Participate in discussions with Fund Sponsors looking to launch new ETF products and manage ETF onboardings and fund launches

Required

Demonstrated expertise in fund accounting and ETF administration, with at least 10 years of experience focusing on maintaining accurate securities records, evidenced by successful management of related tasks and responsibilities
Proven ability to manage a diverse team, with a track record of fostering a positive work environment and driving team performance
Advanced proficiency in process automation, with a history of implementing automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Strong experience in strategic planning and stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and drive mutually beneficial outcomes
Exceptional leadership and staff development skills with prior team management

Preferred

Advanced Excel skills, VBA, etc
Strong knowledge of complex corporate actions and dividend income
ETF cash component expertise
