Cyber Operations Lead

Responsibilities
Overseeing and managing the patch management process within the program
Ensuring desktops, laptops, and remote desktops are up to date with patches to mitigate vulnerabilities
Ensure compliance with policies against comply-to-connect
Work closely with end users, IT, and security teams to provide advanced support
Coordinate patch deployment
Maintain consistency
Develop documentation
Maintain a patch management schedule and ensure timely deployment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Computer Science, or technical field
8 years of experience in patch management or related IT role
Experience with patch automation e.g. AWS, Ansible, Tanium etc
Experience in assessments, audits, and implementing automated patch management solutions
Understanding of patch management principles and experience with related tools (e.g., Microsoft WSUS, SCCM)
Experience leading multiple teams
Any of the following certifications: CEH(P), GMON, GRID, Cloud+, FITSP-O, GCED, GDSA, GSEC, PenTest+, Security+
An active Secret clearance is required
Preferred
One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CPMP, CySA+, GICSP
