Responsibilities

Partners with Divisional Leadership for vision and direction to coordinate and manage institutional expectations, patient interactions, customer relations and business agreements
Serves as the main contact for questions related to the program
Facilitates the review, analysis and negotiation of contracts, vendor and business associate agreements and other legal documents to support the program
Develops a standard set of metrics and a dashboard to monitor patient and customer experience and track measurable outcomes to share with the appropriate parties
Researches, analyzes and explains the scope of services and requirements to patients, clients, vendors and partners
Assists in the development of negotiation strategies, identifies areas of risk, develops risk mitigation strategies, and provides recommendations to business, legal, and divisional decision makers
Develops extensive knowledge of products, services, and operations to evaluate compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements and creates the policies, procedures and processes to support them
Works with marketing staff to develop marketing plans and materials for distribution to potential and existing patients and clients and ensures that program objectives and scope of services are marketed appropriately on the external website
Responsible for collaborating and working with Finance Team to set fees, manage program expenses, and respond to billing and insurance questions
This position communicates regularly with various levels of internal and external personnel, and is responsible for organizing, leading, and presenting at various meetings
Some travel may be required
