Responsibilities
Install, configure, and service copiers, multifunction printers, scanners, and related office equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues
Perform preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot issues onsite and remotely
Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time logs
Provide basic user training and operational guidance to customers
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service findings and solutions
Manage parts inventory and ensure proper use of tools and diagnostic equipment
Follow safety procedures and company service standards
Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and support teams as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience servicing copiers or office equipment (preferred) (Ricoh, Sharp, Brother, Epson)
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Basic knowledge of networking, drivers, and print environments (Windows/Mac)
Ability to read service manuals and technical documentation
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a field-service environment
