Responsibilities
Perform daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and expense processing
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles to ensure timely and accurate financial statements
Assist in consolidating subsidiary financials into parent company reporting
Conduct research and analysis to identify variances, ensure accuracy, and support decision-making
Prepare clear supporting documentation for internal stakeholders and auditors
Collaborate with teams across the organization to help integrate new subsidiaries and maintain strong financial practices
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of related experience
Knowledgeable in GAAP
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
A clear communicator who can explain financial information in a practical, straightforward way
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Prior experience with Workday
