They are seeking an experienced Healthcare Team Leader to lead a dynamic team of agents handling claims-related phone calls for a prominent US client in the dental healthcare industry.

Information Technology

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of customer service agents to achieve and exceed performance metrics
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve service quality and efficiency
Training and Development: Identify training needs and conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service experiences
Problem Solving: Address and resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on team performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics to management
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to improve processes and ensure seamless operations
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements
Initiative Looking for someone that will take initiative and go the extra mile whenever any kind of obstacle arises

Required

Graduate of any 4-5 years course
Must have at least 4 to 5 years of BPO Operations experience
Must have at least 2-3 years of US Healthcare BPO Team Leader experience
Experience handling plans, billing/claims, and Medical & Dental
Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and regulations
Excellent communication, problem solving, and people management skills
Ability to multi-task and handle high-volume workloads
Experience supporting Medicare members/patients
Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding and claims processing
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools
Willing to work on shifting schedules, graveyard shift, holidays and weekends if required
Can start ASAP

Preferred

Candidate residing in Manila or nearby provinces is preferred
