Responsibilities
Support month-end close activities and assist with accurate financial reporting
Perform and review daily and monthly reconciliations across multiple systems
Investigate breaks, variances, and accounting discrepancies with a strong analytical mindset
Reconcile financial and operational data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness
Assist with payout setup, calculations, reviews, and distributions
Document and refine internal processes to support scalable operations
Partner with operations, accounting, technology, risk, and compliance teams on reporting and workflow improvements
Contribute to strengthening internal controls, accounting policies, and overall process effectiveness
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in an accounting or finance environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong spreadsheet/data analysis skills (Excel or Google Sheets), with the ability to interpret and clearly present data
Critical thinker, someone who can diagnose issues, not just process tasks
Experience with enterprise accounting systems; NetSuite preferred
Strong communication skills with solid organizational ability and a proactive, ownership-driven approach
