Daily compliance tours of HOA communities
Maintain accurate records of homeowner files
Provide positive communication with homeowners by telephone and email
Investigate and follow-up on complaints and concerns from homeowners
Pluss other work related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in property management or a related field
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to maintain accurate records
Experience in conducting compliance tours
Ability to investigate and follow-up on complaints
Proficiency in using email and telephone for communication
