Responsibilities

Expand SaaS Product Adoption - Design and execute strategies that grow adoption of Validify, Adaptix, Optix, and Amped across our customer base
Lead Direct Sales Initiatives - Create and guide direct sales strategies informed by market insight and real world data
Forge Lasting Customer Partnerships - Strengthen existing relationships while discovering and securing new clients
Align with Marketing Strategy - Partner closely with marketing to shape messaging, campaigns, and go to market execution
Inspire and Develop Sales Teams - Coach, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to perform at their best
Own Sales Performance - Track progress against targets, identify obstacles, and continuously improve execution
Navigate with Data - Analyze sales performance and customer insights to refine strategy and direction
Champion the Customer Experience - Resolve customer concerns with urgency and care, escalating when needed
Contribute Beyond Your Lane - Support cross functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the company

Qualification

Required

Five or more years of sales experience, ideally in software or SaaS
Bachelor's degree
Experience with structured sales management processes
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
A mindset built for exploration, ownership, and growth
Ability to Commute: New Hope, PA 18938 (Required)
Work Location: In person
