As a Design Studio Manager, you will manage the lifestyle design center and team, providing exceptional customer service while assisting homebuyers in selecting design finishes for their new homes.

Responsibilities

Assist customers at design center appointments through the sale-to-start process by providing excellent customer satisfaction

Track and monitor sale-to-start processes through weekly meetings with internal departments to prioritize appointments

Deliver error-free selection sheets. The selection sheets should clearly communicate the customers' wants and expectations so they can be properly executed

Follow up with customers, Sales Counselors, and Divisions as needed to ensure that selections and sign-offs are accurate and completed on time

Work with Division Managers and Sales Managers to design speculative inventory homes utilizing research on what will be popular for a given community and home plan

Train sales teams in product knowledge and new offerings to ensure an educated home-buying process for our customers from start to finish

Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing
