PM Coordinator

The PM Coordinator will serve as an on-site point of contact, providing technical and logistical support to ensure effective execution of maintenance processes in the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), while coordinating daily operational activities and supporting DPW's mission requirements.

Responsibilities
Overseeing day-to-day PM-related activities and coordination with DPW and contractor personnel
Monitoring work order lifecycle in GFEBS, including creation, updates, TECO (Technical Completion), and closure
Verifying that time confirmations, materials, and notes are properly recorded in GFEBS for audit readiness
Ensuring alignment between GFEBS and internal systems for accountability and reporting
Supporting stakeholder meetings and PM working groups; tracking tasks and deliverables
Coordinating with remote support teams to ensure compliance with Army standards
Providing localized training and user support as needed
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI security clearance required
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, maintenance operations, or federal facilities support
Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
Effective communicator with ability to interface across military, contractor, and civilian personnel
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Logistics, or a related field
Experience with GFEBS preferred; familiarity with Army DPW or PM processes highly desirable
SharePoint experience is a plus
