Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new business while maintaining and growing existing client accounts
Own all sales activity from initial outreach through contract execution and post-event reconciliation
Accurately document all sales activity in NetSuite or other CRM tools
Lead all client-facing sales communication including proposals, budgets, and timelines
Prepare and manage initial master budgets
Draft, negotiate, and execute sales contracts
Maintain consistent client touchpoints via phone, email, video calls, and in-person meetings
Serve as liaison between clients and internal departments
Participate in internal sales meetings and lead client meetings
Ensure accurate invoicing and follow up on deposits and balances
Maintain knowledge of EXPO’s products and services and upsell when appropriate
Build relationships with venues and industry partners
Attend networking events and client entertainment activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of sales experience; event industry experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
