Procom is representing an Oil & Gas client seeking a Systems Analyst IV for a permanent hybrid role. The Systems Analyst IV will evaluate, design, and improve SAP PM/SM and PS modules to enhance business operations and efficiency, while collaborating with cross-functional SAP teams.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on functional configuration and solution design within SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM, PM/SM, and PS)

Lead or support full life cycle implementations, including requirements gathering, workshops, gap analysis, blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, data migration, training, and post-go-live support

Assess current processes, define future-state business solutions, and align SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance functionality to business needs

Translate detailed business requirements into complete systems design documentation and implement solutions in SAP

Capture capability and functional requirements and align them to long-term business and IT roadmaps

Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies

Ensure business and functional requirements remain aligned throughout design and implementation

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, project teams, and technical resources

Support risk, scope, and deliverable management and contribute to project planning activities

Guide complex fit-gap analysis decisions, validating when deviations from standard functionality are justified

Provide consulting support across new implementations and enhancement or support initiatives

Deliver user support and ad-hoc training as needed

Work independently and act as a subject-matter mentor to junior team members

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience designing, configuring, testing, and supporting enterprise asset management solutions

Experience supporting at least two full-cycle SAP implementations (greenfield or brownfield)

Experience integrating or converting newly acquired business units or systems into existing platforms

Strong understanding of modern implementation methodologies and solution delivery models

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience with SAP S/4 EAM

Experience working within Agile Scrum environments

Preferred

Experience with SAP ABAP and configuration groups

Knowledge of SAP-CCS, SAP-MM, SAP-FI, and SAP-BW modules

Experience providing technical expertise for projects and system enhancements

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team

Experience with accessible technology solutions
