Act as a primary resource for departmental leaders regarding budget performance
Support the monthly and quarterly business reporting cycles
Qualification
Required
Healthcare Experience: At least 5 years of experience with business analytics specifically within the healthcare field
Financial Modeling: Expert-level skills in scenario planning, financial projections, and trend analysis
Systems: Proficiency in scaling financial planning systems; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI or Tableau) is a strong plus
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA/CPA) preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 5+ years of related healthcare experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Expert-level Excel is mandatory)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high visibility and tight deadlines
Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
