Responsibilities
Support media strategy development through research audience analysis, and channel planning
Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs, align objectives and ensure plans meet strategic and operational requirements
Work with external agency partners to ensure flawless media plan development across channels such as display, video, social, native, audio, OOH, and content syndication
Conduct audience sizing and competitive research to inform targeting and investment decisions
Jump in wherever needed from organizing client deliverables to supporting presentations and cross-channel coordination
Comprehensive media plans aligned with client objectives
Audience research reports and competitive analysis summaries
Prepare and maintain key media documentation including creative briefs, ad spec sheets, trafficking instructions, and reporting templates
Partner with analytics teams to monitor performance, surface insights, and support optimization recommendations
Client-ready presentations and campaign status updates
Qualification
Required
2 years experience in digital media planning ideally within an ad agency environment
1-year experience in B2B or enterprise marketing, preferably in software, hardware, or technology sectors
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Familiarity with tagging, trafficking, QA, and measurement best practices
Strong communication skills and comfort using media terminology (e.g., impressions, CTR, CPM, frequency, reach)
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
