Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm in the formation and operation of private funds (e.g., private equity, venture capital, credit, impact, real estate), as well as other types of limited partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures
Ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form
Looking for a place to grow professionally and are eager to shape and be involved in firm and practice initiatives
Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in
